Never had filipino food? Then you're missing out! You'll fall in love quick! PROs: Great location! Friendly and down to earth family. Loving the old school music & relaxed vibe. The food is great! CONs: It's right in the middle of the market so parking may be an issue for some folks. On this visit we had an empanada and Turon. We'll be back for Halo Halo!

My experience at Ting's was fantastic! As soon as I stepped in, I felt right at home. The background music was great, and we arrived at the perfect time. The menus were available on the tables, and they even had a QR code for those who preferred to view them on their phones. When we were ready to order, we approached the kiosk, where we could order and pay. It was right in front of the food preparation area, and the whole process was quick and efficient. We grabbed our utensils and napkins and found a seat, and before we knew it, our order was ready. Ting brought our food out to us, and we started with their crispy lumpia, which was simply adorable. It tasted great with the sweet and sour sauce, but the chili vinegar was equally delicious. Next, we tried the beef and vegetable empanada, which was hot and fresh. The tender meat went perfectly with the sweet and spicy sauce. Finally, we got to the dish we had been waiting for - the pork adobo with garlic rice. It did not disappoint! The pork was so flavorful, and the rice soaked up all the juices. What really impressed me was Ting's thoughtfulness. She waited until I was finished with my food before bringing out the Halo Halo, so it wouldn't melt while I was eating. I had ordered everything at once, so I hadn't thought about that. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I can't wait to go back to Ting's!

I came here on a Friday afternoon. Chill time. No other customer but me. I ordered the chicken adobo. It seems to be a staple meal that folks seem to order here regularly. I stuck with the white rice because I wanted to keep things simple. The chicken skin was crisp and flavorful. The meat easily fell off the bone. It was moist, cooked well. The dish also came with some broth which was much appreciated as this day was the first cold one of the season. I mixed the broth with the steamed white rice and it perfectly balanced out the dish, just as I’m guessing the chef intended. I was pleasantly surprised to get a high quality meal during off-peak hours. Many of the folks unsatisfied with the food here ordered takeout. I think it’s best enjoyed dine-in.

Food was good. We dined in right near opening time. Loved the chicken adobo. Highly recommend going for the garlic fried rice with it. Bbq skewers were good but a little pricey for what we got.

Got a bunch of different things to try and share and they were all incredible! Although the food was amazing, the atmosphere and authenticity of the place was so fun and genuine. The owners and their daughter were in, playing hit after hit on the stereo and having great conversations with all the customers in there. Immediately felt like a family dinner even though we were all strangers. See y’all next time!

What a great place. The food reminded me of my Mom's cooking, it was a very welcome change for me. I went with my family and we all ordered something different. Being the big brother and uncle I was able to clean the leftovers and I sampled everything. All of the food was great. I will definitely be going back. I really wanted to tell the folks working that day, thank you for entertaining my Dad. He wanted to tell you how good the food was and just share his thoughts, they were both kind enough to chat with him. We will see you again, thank you!
